Russia's aggresive war against Ukraine is unprecedented in many ways. It disregards every possible rule on prohibition of the threat or use of force. Toll of civilian and military casulties is increasing at every moment, alleged war crimes are being committed daily, refugees are fleeing in hundreds of thousands and humanitarian catastrophy is looming. How international law can respond to this?
