Did you forget you UBA User ID? For most banks, your User ID can either be what you created or your account number. Many customers do complain that the forget their User ID, this is easy to recover. You can just select the “Forget USer ID” option when you want to login.
Also, your UBA Client ID (UCI) is always on every document you receive from UBA. It often comprises of 8 to 10 digits (in either of this formats: 0000-0000 or 00-0000-0000). Those doing business with UBA for the first time need to will be assigned this ID.
