Gingerbread Santa Hat Snack Bites🎅🏻 These are such a fun and easy snack idea for the holiday season🎄✨ This recipe is gluten-free & lactose-free and can easily be made also dairy-free just by using a plantbased yogurt☺️

Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter, I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts (120 ml)
3 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey if you don’t have IBS)
1/3 cup (gluten-free) oat flour (80 ml)
3 tablespoons almond milk or milk of choice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons gingerbread spice (or 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, pinch of nutmeg & cloves)

Toppings:
(lactose-free) Greek yogurt
Strawberries
•
1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. Roll into balls and place on a plate
3. Flatten the bites a little bit, so that they don’t roll over when adding the toppings
4. Top the bites with a little bit of Greek yogurt (not too much or it will spill over when adding the strawberries). Place the strawberries on top and lastly add a small dot of the yogurt to the tip of the strawberry
5. Store in an air tight container in the fridge
