The implications of the Covid-19 crisis for the zero carbon transition are numerous. Citizens, workers, entrepreneurs and governments have transformed behaviours and institutions to reduce risks, adapting individually and collectively. This will also be key to avert a climate crisis. As the Covid-19 crisis, the climate challenge is global but the response needs to build on local actors, infrastructures and geographies. And as these challenges require collective decisions, we need to understand who is particularly vulnerable and bring everybody on board.
