How much do you want to do the things you need to do to accomplish the things that are important for you in your life?
In my experience most people associate negative feelings with taking those actions which is a huge contributing factor as to why they don’t make progress on their goals.
It makes sense, doesn't it?
If you feel aversion towards the necessary action steps, you likely won’t take action, and therefore the likelihood of achieving your outcomes drops dramatically.
