Jason Mcelwain is an autistic basketball player. He has an incredible passion for basketball, but hindered by his autism, Jason becomes team manager of the varsity team.
Before the final home game of his senior year, the coach lets Jason know he will hopefully put him in. So all of his family and most of the school attends the game.
With 4 minutes to go it happens. The coach calls out Jason to sub in.
Jason ends up making an incredible six 3-pointers and one 2-pointer much to the delight of the whole gym - especially his coach. He finishes with 20 points.
After the final buzzer, Jason is carried off on his school-mates shoulders.
