Just as many of the other reviews stated, this cooler arrived with a dent and a missing piece - HOWEVER, I called the company's customer assistance number and the woman that answered could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I gave her the part number for the missing piece and told her that the lid on the cooler arrived with a dent. She said "no problem" and apologized that the parts (including a new lid) wouldn't ship out until the next day.
