Disable Aggressive Processor Boost in Windows 11
You can enable this setting by changing value in registry.
Registry Key :
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\54533251-82be-4824-96c1-47b60b740d00\be337238-0d82-4146-a960-4f3749d470c7
You can put the Setting to "Enabled" if you want your processor to boost. In case of Desktop, "Enabled" is the best.
For Laptops, I recommend "Disabled" option.
If you want to reduce CPU Temperature, "Disabled" is the best option.
I reduced my CPU Temps by 12 degrees by putting this setting (on Laptop).
You will lose a little bit of Performance by putting "Disabled" option.
So, "Enabled" is the best balance for Performance and Temperatures.
This will work for both Intel and AMD CPUs.
