This video presents PerMix double Z blade mixer extruder, or mixtruder, model: PSG-1000X, heavy duty design with two motor gearbox assemblies for a very viscous polymer product produced by a customer in Israel.

The sigma mixer extruder is built with all parts in Stainless Steel, with a full volume of 1,000L, working volume ~600L.

This mixer machine is with a heating jacket, besides with cored arms and screw to provide maximum heating surfaces.
