This is my weekly meal prep! I am on ww blue plan but of course all plans are welcome and can eat these foods. This meal prep is geared towards continuing my weight loss, I don’t limit any “type” of foods. I eat what I like, change ingredients around for more nutritional options, keep my portions in check, track my points so that I stay in a calorie deficit for weight loss. I’m 58 pounds down and have maintained that loss , I’m working hard to lose more and I’m not stopping until I feel fantastic 🙌🏼

🧅Pickled Onions: zero points
- one white onion
- 1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
store in a jar with a tight lid in the fridge.
🍓Strawberry PB overnight oats: 5 points
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp pbfit powder
- 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- handful frozen strawberries
how to make:
mix everything together in a container and store overnight in the fridge.
🍛Bulgogi Beef: made 8 servings 1/2 cup is one serving for 2 points
- 26oz 96/4 ground beef
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- green onions
- black pepper, ginger powder, garlic powder, red pepper chili flakes for heat
serving with cauliflower rice and peas
how to make:
for the meat cook first in the pan until brown, then rinse and drain in hot water this is called the "rinse method" it eliminates the fat from the beef and makes it leaner.
then once its drained add it back into the pan, go ahead and add your seasonings, 1 tbsp hoisin sauce, 3 tbsp soy sauce, and green onions. Mix everything together and let simmer on low for about 5 minutes.
🍗BBQ Grilled Chicken: made 4 servings, 1 servings is 1 point
- 3 chicken breast
- 1 cup sugar free sweet n spicy bb sauce
- Brussels sprouts had a Parmesan sauce in them so it had points split it in 4 meals for 2 points.
- Mixed potatoes I added in the recipe builder. Split in 4 servings it comes to 2 points.
