The remake of the ultra compact, 256 bit AES XTS hardware-encrypted Padlock SSD USB 3.2. It's still smaller than a deck of cards with its extruded aluminum enclosure, membrane style keypad, and FIPS 140-2 level 2 validation. A lot has changed since it was first introduced back in 2013. For starters, this new one is nearly twice as fast as its predecessor, clocking in at up to 350 MB/s. And it now comes in five capacities from 240GB up to 4GB. And while the speeds and sizes have doubled and quadrupled, respectively, the cost of the Padlock SSD from then to now has come down to be about 1/3 of what they were back then.
