The 7 Pot Bubblegum, Chocolate pepper.

This pepper was very earthy/smoky with subtle fruity notes.

This pepper is a cross between the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion, Red & 7 Pot Trinidad, Yellow, coming in at 800,000 - 1,000,000 SHU (Scoville Heat Units), created by the well known Jon Harper.

I Would like to thank our good friend Byron Schilling for this awesome, unique pepper.
