Pre-Pre Production stage
1. Book a hotel with high speed internet (min 100 Mbps)
2. Make sure your hotel has ports for ethernet connectivity
3. Ask the conference room administrator or head of IT to confirm that the internet connection is not throttled or limited - you need a direct connection to the internet for streaming without firewalls and data limits.

Pre-Production (7-4 days prior to production)
Update all apps
Update to latest iOS
Test all devices and connections using your own WiFi6 Router
Prepare your show
Add all necessary media to your Cinamaker Director Studio
On Production Day
TEST TEST TEST
Give yourself enough time to make sure everything works
Have a back up plan for everything
DO NOT DO ANY UPDATES ON THE DAY - only after your live stream or production
Turn Notifications OFF on all devices
Turn devices to mute
Turn off any background programs
Turn off any syncing
Turn off any noise
Do an audio and light check / adjust accordingly on Cinamaker
Run a few trial live streams
