When Apple announced the AirTag, I was excited to get it for my dogs as a little extra safety. A friend sent me a link to ElevationLab TagVault: Pet. It was a pre-order at the time, so I have been waiting, and the day finally arrived!

It seemed only fitting that my greyhounds Mac & Tosh each get an Apple AirTag (since they are named after the Macintosh computer)!

I installed the AirTag on Tosh’s collar first, and it was really easy so I thought I would share the process while I installed Mac’s tag.

Hi I’m Steph! A DIYer, author, and podcast host. I live in Tallahassee, FL with my two adopted greyhounds. Both are retired racers adopted from Greyhounds as Pets in Jacksonville, FL.

I adopted Mac in 2018, and she was born 2014. I adopted Tosh in 2020, and she was born 2017.

Together they are Mac & Tosh (yes, that is a reference to my favorite computer, the Macintosh)!
