December 30, 2020: UPDATE: despite receiving verbal confirmation from the homeowner to video the property, she since claimed to not understand what we were asking and requested we remove portions of our video including her and her house. Out of respect - and because we are decent humans- we complied although detrimental to our small business / channel. We are stunned at this request and feel in direct response to a very polite but candid review we provided on Trustedhousesitters.com. Please accept our apologies for portions of our video being removed / blurred. Hard lessons learned to "get it in writing" next time. ;-/
