New Delhi, April 28 (ANI): Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Tuesday said that the Opposition Congress party created uproar in Rajya Sabha over Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s statements during his foreign visits. Modi had addressed the Indian diaspora calling India as ‘Scam India’ before his coming to power as the PM. Jaitley said that Congress has strangely said that being corrupt is not wrong while discussing it definitely is.
