Perga, Capital of Pamphylia: New Testament information on the Ten Tribes in this area

It is a fact that the New Testament confirms that the Ten Tribes were scattered among the Greeks.

During the time of the Y’shua (Yeshua), the Jews knew that some of the Israelites who had long since been carried into captivity to Assyria, and then migrated from there and many settled amongst the Greeks. The Danites years before the actual deportation of the Ten Tribes also sailed with King Solomon’s Phoenician fleet and settled in Greece. They also migrated later to Minor Asia (Turkey) and elsewhere such as Colchis in modern-day Caucasus Georgia.

In 46 A.D., according to the Acts of the Apostles, Sha’ul (Paul) journeyed to Perga, from there continued on to Antiocheia in Pisidia, then returned to Perga where he preached the Scriptures (Acts 14:25). Then he left the city and went to Attaleia.

Sha’ul and his, companion St. Barnabas, in fact twice visited Perga as recorded in the Biblical Book, the Acts of the Apostles (Acts 13:13–14 and 14:25), during their first missionary journey, where they "preached the word" before heading for and sailing from Attalia (modern-day Antalya city), 15 kilometres to the southwest, to Antioch.

Sha’ul and Barnabas came to Perge during their first missionary journey; it was there that John Mark left Sha’ul to return to Jerusalem.

Yes Rabbi Sha’ul went to look for the Ten Tribers, in fact it was his commission and an Apostle for the Gentile, who were none other than the Ten Tribers – "Then I went to Syria and Cilicia" (Gal 1:21). "With them they sent the following letter: The apostles and elders, your brothers, To the Gentile (Ten Triber) believers in Antioch, Syria and Cilicia: Greetings" (Acts 15:23, 11) - 11 "But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they." "When we had sailed across the open sea off the coast of Cilicia and Pamphylia, we landed at Myra in Lycia" (Acts 27:5).
