Sequence of plates and friction plates of my single spring clutch
Driven plates
Drive plates
Compression plate
Gear box chain wheel
Gearbox sleeve
Gearbox sleeve plate
Friction plates
Look at the directions of the plates
Please note this is my interpretation from the drawing in the section view in the maintenance manual so until I’ve proved it shortly I can’t be 100% sure but it looks right to me?
The only thing I question is the driven plate nearest the the compression plate is it the correct way around pointing out towards the plate…
I shall update it once I know
