You will need:
6 oz Dark brown sugar
8 oz Vegan butter spread
2 tbsp Golden Syrup
5 oz Self-raising flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
4.5 oz desiccated coconut
3 oz dried fruit

50g Vegan dark chocolate
50g Vegan white chocolate
Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan). Melt the vegan butter, sugar and syrup in a large pan over heat. Do not boil.
Weigh all of the dry ingredients into a large bowl. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix well.
Line a large rectangular tin with baking paper and pour in the lovely gooey mix. Bake in a preheated over for 11-12 minutes. It will still look a bit wobbly but don't worry.
Leave to firm up for 30 minutes.
Melt both vegan chocolates in separate bowls and swirl over the top using a spoon. Leave to set for 1 hour in the fridge before cutting up.
