Following a windy and drizzly Monday, a trough of low pressure will exit to the east and leave San Diego County with drier conditions and a gradual warming trend through the weekend. The biggest impact was felt in the form of wind, which remains breezy through Tuesday, just not quite as windy at the day prior.
By Tuesday afternoon, expect sunshine and gusts toward 20 mph, with afternoon highs still cooler than normal by about 5 to 10 degrees. We should see the coastal and inland communities climb to around the upper 50s and low 60s as our peak, though mountain and desert microclimates will see a more notable boost compared to the day prior.
