Aid groups in Myanmar's Kachin state are struggling to deal with thousands of families who have fled their villages.
Families abandoned their areas of residence following the latest outbreak of clashes between Myanmar government troops and the Kachin Independence Army, a rebel group.
Living under dire conditions, they're scared the conflict will intensify.
