When it’s summer, an affogato combines the two things I love most: ice cream and espresso! And there’s no better way to make espresso than with a real espresso machine. Here’s the recipe:
- 2 oz espresso (double shot)
- 1/2 cup ice cream
I’m using my Eureka Notte and Diletta Mio, both from @SeattleCoffeeGear to make my shot of espresso.
