Metroid: Zero mission is a complete remake of the original Metroid, and it's something I've wanted to conquer since it came out. On the GBA there's new completionist criteria, so let's find out how I do in my Metroid: Zero Mission review.

There's something incredibly special about Metroid games. They way they tie in atmosphere with your progression of power in the game. Anxiety permeates the early levels as you are dropped into a map with no clear direction, and under-equipped as you fight your way to power-ups and overcome those challenges. What is most notable about this Metroid is how much the completionist criteria changed. Gallery, multiple playthroughs, multiple endings, but then an achievement where I have to SKIP upgrades. How can I play and not grab that cool new ability for Samas Aran?!
