1. first correct date and time manually
2. Press windowskey+R to run box
3. type regedit in run box
4. GO TO
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation
and change value RealTimeIsUniversal if 1 then change to 0 if 0 then change to 1
