Bay Leaf - 1
Star Anise - 1
Cinnamon (dalcinni) - 1 inch
Cloves (lavanga) - 5
Cardamom (elakki) - 2
Cumin (jeera) Seeds - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 large size, sliced
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
Tomato - 2 medium size, chopped
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander (daniya) Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin (jeera) Powder - ½ tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp
Curd - ¼ cup, 60ml
Kabuli Chana - 1 cup, soaked overnight & boiled
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 1.5 cup, 375ml
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp, finely chopped
