Tasty, healthy and 5 mins dish tomato perugu pachadi. If you don't have time to prepare curry, try this one.
Preparation:
In a vessel add oil and put tadka, later add curry leaves fry well, later add tomato pieces and cook well,add turmeric powder and salt cook for 2 mins. Lastly add coriander leaves, chilli and ginger paste mix well, off the flame. Once mix cools down add curd and mix well. Thats it ready.
