I love the user interface of Gnome but prefer the options and control of System Settings in KDE Plasma. I also prefer the Dolphin File Manager and Konsole terminal in KDE. Set up this way, I get the best of both Desktop Environments. I use the retired Oxygen Icons instead of the default Breeze icon theme and the trash icon is the default from Yaru icon theme. The exception is KDE System Settings which I used from Yaru. The application launcher is the Launchpad Plasma widget and the power menu in the top bar at the far right is the Compact Shutdown Plasma widget. The Plasma style is the BreezeAlphaBlack theme. I use Debian Sid (unstable) but this works for almost any Linux distribution I have installed with KDE (KDE Neon, Kubuntu/Ubuntu with Kubuntu Desktop, Suse Tumbleweed, MX Linux to name a few). Adaptive Transparency/Blur is enabled in the panels.
