Prime Minister Narendra Modi has ordered urgent mobilisation of rescue teams at the incident spot in Morbi and announced ex-gratia for the victims. Gujarat chief minister Bhupendra Patel is also rushing to Gandhinagar to take stock of the situation from the officials.
