(5 Aug 2016) Just hours from the opening ceremony of the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games on Friday, a small demonstration was being staged against the Brazilian government.
Tourists had begun gathering at Copacabana beach on Friday waiting to catch a glimpse of the Olympic torch as it made its way to Maracana Stadium.
Police kept watch over a small group of demonstrators also gathered at the beach.
