The Muppets have a way of disintegrating that jaded exterior we've carefully built around ourselves, and releasing that inner source of hope, joy and plain goofiness. Can I get an amen?

I like to think that there's something about peanut butter noodles that does the same thing. A little sweet, a little salty, a little spicy and a lot refreshing (thanks to those cucumbers and raw veggies), this one comes together quickly, cheaply and is considerate enough to allow itself to be served at any temperature: hot, room temperature or ice cold.
