A quick view of Stogumber Station on the West Somerset Railway. The Stations along the line are for the most self funding and include a full team of staff that maintain all the various aspects of the stations well-being. This obviously rely s on the help of volunteers and visitor contribution.

Stogumber has a beautiful gardened area with plentiful seating capacity, a waiting room and newly rebuilt waiting shelter on the platform with a further shelter at the far end. Catering facility's are available including cakes and sandwiches on gala and special events days.(Check with the Station on the day of your visit to find out that days arrangements)

We even have our very own Official Station Dog called 'Dexter' (His portrait is on my website www.stephenfuller.co.uk/client-area/stogumber-2)
