This Diablo 4 Druid build leveling in Season 3 is the Poison and Lightning Werewolf build. This is the best druid leveling build for clearing through level 1-50 super fast, you have incredible AoE and damage over time abilities so can clear packs of mobs super fast. You also have strong single target with your companions so can deal huge damage to elites and bosses.
After looking at the season 3 patch notes, this druid leveling build seems incredibly strong as it makes use of the storm lightning buff and the buffs to companies and poison damage. There are lots of things you can change about this build to fit your playstyle, but this it the best I've found so far.
