Fix the report alignment issue in Odoo12 easily. The alignment of the report can be lost if the report.url value is wrongly set inside the system parameters.
To fix this activate the developer mode and go to Settings - Technical - Parameters - System Parameters and search for a record with key report.url , if it is there check the value is same as IP_address:port_number, if record does not exist create one.
