Here is another healthy millets recipe. Millets are such a healthy ingredient that you must include it in your regular diet. I shared quite a few millets recipes in this channel. You must check that out.
This time I am sharing Jowar Rava Upma Recipe. We both love upma and always made vegetable upma using sooji. But when I saw this Jowar Rava, I bought it and decided to include it in our diet. I tried vegetable upma using this jowar rava and it was quite tasty. It tastes slightly different from regular sooji upma. It takes a little longer to cook also. In the cooking method, everything is same except for the quantity of water added. Sooji cooks fast but jowar needs more water to get fully cooked. It is such a simple recipe and I do not need to say how healthy it is. It is loaded with so much of goodness and nutrition and starting your day with this upma is like starting your day right.

Water - 3 Cups
Mustard Seeds - ½ Tsp
Chana Dal - ½ Tsp
Urad dal - ½ tsp
Khadi Mirch - 2
Curry Leaves - a few
Roasted Peanuts - ¼ cup
Onion - ½ cup
Carrot - ½ Cup
Capsicum - ½ Cup
Peas - 1/2 Cup
Beans - ¼ Cup
Green Chilli - 2
Coriander for garnish
