Day 9: Express Abs
Kicking off my week 2 workout vlog with some core exercises. As a mum of two, we do a lot of every day tasks like lifting groceries, carrying children and houseworks. Hopefully this year I can strengthen my core a little bit more to support my back and gain more power when doing my daily activities.
Today’s routine:

Lats (sides)
Four-point Thoracic Rotation
Backward Arm Swing

Deadbug
Oblique Crunch
