This is how to stop chafing of your inner thighs when running, playing sports, or in a hot, humid gym.
There are lots of tips and tricks, from which underwear to use, which fabrics to select. etc. But at the end of the day, if you have powerful thighs, chances are they're going to rub together sometimes.
I've experienced this problem on and off during running, hiking, playing sports, or a the beach. We know that moisture + friction is a recipe for irritation, so anytime you're sweating or damp, you'll be at a higher risk of chafing or blisters.
To solve this problem, I like body glide a lot. It's fairly water proof. One application lasts for a fairly long time, and it's easy and convenient to use. If you need to prevent chafing between your thighs or elsewhere, give it a try and see how it works for you.
