This is a sped up video of how I spray painted my picture frame from Wal Mart to be all black. I created this video because I had no idea how to spray paint something, and sometimes these simple tasks are the things we can be most embarrassed to ask how to do. I think that is because it is just assumed we all know how to do it...and not all of us do... like me at 30 and didn't.

I spray painted this picture frame for a fully finished cross stitch piece for a Beetlejuice display.
