Delta Air Lines canceled nearly 400 flights by 6 a.m. ET Tuesday as the misery from last week’s tech outage continues. The airline has canceled around 6,000 flights since Friday. Sean Cudahy, an aviation reporter at The Points Guy, discusses how travelers can receive a refund after a canceled or severely delayed flight back to their original form of payment. Cudahy also says Delta is taking longer to recover because its software relies heavily on Microsoft systems.
