The company Exeed, which is part of the Chery concern, has presented the first minivan of the brand, which has the working name E08. The premiere of the novelty will take place at the Beijing Motor Show, which will open on April 25, reports Autohome portal.
Exeed E08 was developed by teams of designers from Europe and Shanghai. The car received a streamlined body shape, L-shaped front optics and lights, a large backlit panel in place of the grille, cameras instead of side mirrors.
One of the features of the model are long rear side doors that capture most of the rear wheel arches. The Exeed E08's trunk door is split into two parts. It is assumed that the unibody will receive an all-electric powertrain.
The Exeed E08 has a futuristic design, it is based on the brand's E0X platform and is over 5.2 meters long. Exeed claims that the front panel is inspired by the Cyber Butterfly design language of the Sterra series. It is quite possible that the Exeed E08 will be related to the Sterra series. Part of the design inspiration also came from Western-style chandeliers.
