There are opportunities to work FTE (Full Time employee) or Contracts i.e. FTC (Fixed term contracts), Short term contracts i.e. Inside or Outside IR35. FTE and FTC comes with various company benefits and security however, does not pay as much. Short term contracts pay a daily rate and you could easily reach the 6 figure earning mark as opposed to FTE, however there are no company benefits such as holiday and sick pay.
