This video presents a tasty & simple brakefast recipe, Rice roti. Rice roties can be made in different methods, here we have shown by using raw rice, grinding soaked rice, cooking the batter into thick dough, then pressing thick rotis, cooking them over tava. If we want puffed roties, place them over live coal to puff up. These roties taste good with jaggery syrup/jaggery syrup with coconut or chutney, any curries. Here we have used raw rice. The one made with boiled rice is already posted in the channel.
