Data obtained by the 11 News I-Team shows just how fast some drivers are speeding through residential Baltimore City neighborhoods, but slowing them down is easier said than done. The speed limit on Auchentoroly Terrace in northwest Baltimore is 30 mph -- not everyone obeys it.
