Hey guys! I've got another one for you, this one requested by a friend.
Here is the famed show that took place at The Spectrum in Philadelphia the night after John Lennon was killed. The show opens with Bruce saying his own little tribute to him, before launching into a very intense version of Born To Run. The whole show has some emotional charge to it because of Lennon's death, and it even ends with Bruce and the band playing Twist And Shout for the first time since December 1978 in honor of him. This is a spectacular and significant show, one of the finest of 1980.
Sound quality: good audience, B+
The tape I found had some speed problems, it ran fast initially then (very) slow later on, so I tried my best to correct them but it's definitely not flawless and some parts that run slow or fast may still be in there. Sorry about that.
