Today I made a very quick and easy dinner, which I prepared in under 30 minutes and is so versatile. There are just two tablespoons of oil in this entire dinner and packed with full of vitamins. This stir fry recipe is so much better than takeout!
~ CHICKEN, SHRIMP AND BROCCOLI STIR FRY INGREDIENTS ~
400 g chicken breast (cut into bite-size pieces)
400 g shrimp
4 cups broccoli florets
2 Tbsp oil, divided
2 Tbsp corn starch
1/3 cup water
~STIR FRY SAUCE INGREDIENTS ~
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp corn starch
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 Tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tsp hot chili sauce
1 Tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp green onion
1 Tsp sesame seeds
