Ingredients:
Bottlegourd - half
or grated bottle gourd - 1.5 cup
Medium rava - 1 cup
Yogurt (whisked curds)- 1 cup
Water - 1/2 to 1 cup
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped - 1/4 cup
TO TEMPER:
Oil - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
White lentils - 1/2 tsp
Chickpea lentils - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 tbsp
MAKES - 10-12 idlis
