Telangana Chief Minster K Chandrashekar Rao today launched a 21-day celebration across districts that's estimated to cost over 100 crores to mark the formation day of the State. Remember, it's election year in and everyone wants to appeal to the Telangana sentiment. The events by the state government are aimed at bolstering KCR's image, but greetings on the formation day came from the Prime Minster and President as well.
