One of the biggest challenges for recruitment within the marcoms industry is not only attracting the right calibre of candidate but also encouraging them to consider opportunities outside of London. So, when Kellogg's came to us with a view to attract talent directly to their head offices in Manchester, we began to devise a video focused campaign to do just that.
In order to communicate the message effectively and engage with potential candidates the main focus of the videos became testimonials. Using current Kellogg's employees, each testimonial followed a particular person's 'story' and was closely linked to each job advertised. Interviews were then carefully spliced and intercut with vibrant graphics and dynamic shots of the Kellogg's offices and Manchester, showcasing the brand, opportunities and the city itself.
The videos formed part of the overall recruitment drive and showcased the fantastic opportunities that exist by choosing a career at Kellogg's, alongside the diverse range of lifestyles Manchester caters for. Overall, the campaign was a huge success with a number of applications being submitted.
