INGREDIENTS
#1 Cinnamon Raisin Porridge for 2 🥣
1 cup small cut oats (90g)
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
A handful of raisins
½ tsp cinnamon
2 cups non dairy milk (500ml)
If needed: extra sweetener, a few tsp
Topping ideas: unsweetened cocoa powder, cashews, maple syrup, vegan Nutella, berries …

#2 Fluffy Vegan Oreo Rolls
1/2 cup warm non dairy milk (125 ml)
1/4 cup agave or maple syrup (60ml)
1 ½ tsp dry active yeast = 3.5g = ½ 7g pack
2 cups + 1 tbsp flour (250g)
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla sugar or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp melted vegan butter
a little bit of flour for the surface when you roll it out
1 tbsp vegan butter, at room temperature for spreading the rectangle
1-2 handfuls of Oreo cookies, blended or crushed by hand
Yields 6-7 rolls, for an 8 or 9 inch pan
Serve with vegan cream cheese OR vegan cream cheese frosting - recipe here towards the end of the video (I’d say cut the ingredients in half here or even quarter them)

Notes:
Feel free to double the amount of ingredients to make a regular sized batch of 12
When adding the blended Oreos to the dough kind of press them down a bit using a spoon
Serve immediately they are best served warm
If you don‘t have a food processor place the cookies inside a zip lock bag, close it, and crush them with your rolling pin
Bake at 180C for 22-25 min
