INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1 kilogram beef ribs, cut into 2-inch cubes
2 pieces red onions, quartered
4 pieces native tomatoes, quartered
2 liters water
4 cups watermelon, peeled, seeded, cut into chunks
Set B:
2 pieces gabi, peeled, cut into cubes
1 small radish
2 pieces finger chilies
1 bundle sitaw (long beans), cut into 2 ½ -inch lengths
1 bundle kangkong (spinach), cut into 2 1⁄2-inch lengths
1 pack tamarind or sinigang powder
Fish sauce, to taste
