Reviewing Xiaomi's Redmi Note 10 Pro after a week of using it as my smartphone, including a full camera test, gaming performance, battery life and those MiUI 12 features. The Redmi Note 10 Pro is one of the best budget phones of 2021 so far, and a true rival for the Poco X3 NFC. Sure, there's no 5G, unlike Xiaomi's Mi 10T Lite. But with a quad lens rear camera including 108MP primary sensor, plus a gorgeous 120Hz AMOLED screen on board, you get some serious value for a low price.
Check out my unboxing video for a closer look at the software etc, and I've also reviewed MiUI 12 if you want to see my favourite features. You get a similar software experience here to the Mi 11 flagship phone, but on a much stricter budget.
Gaming with the likes of PubG and Call of Duty is a smooth, satisfying experience, thanks to the Snapdragon 732G chipset (same as the Poco X3). The Redmi Note 10 Pro's 240Hz touch sampling helps to keep things competitive. You get plenty of storage too, and features like NFC for contactless payments.
Have a gander at my best budget smartphones round-ups for the greatest rivals!
